It also made sure that such schools provided high-quality educational environment and owned the most technically advanced tools to be able to graduate generations that could pursue their university education confidently in higher education institutions to fulfil the requirements of labour market.
The MOE has also provided a smart learning system and high-quality digital platforms, side by side with the continuous development of school curriculums, according to national learning standards, assessment policy that is based on assessing for learning, and highest quality standards that match the best international practices. Various learning tracks, moreover, have been provided to support the capabilities and skills of students and achieve the country's strategy of encouraging the culture of creativity and innovation through providing the students with the skills of the 21st century and motivating them to have new ideas that relate to the reality they live in and foresee the future. This will eventually help in finding radical, sustainable solutions to the major issues, improving competitiveness, and supporting smart government in its attempts to keep pace with global advancements, advance education, and push it to broad horizons of excellence, leadership, and competitiveness.
Department Definition:
The department develops inclusive education policies, standards, and programs for students of determination and learning disabilities, including detection and diagnosis tools, and identifying academic and professional paths, and the needs of students and staff. It also works to ensure the readiness of the educational field by building databases, identifying training programs, activating partnerships, and implementing awareness campaigns. It follows up on the quality of application in educational institutions and linking them to licensing and evaluation standards in accordance with international best practices and institutional quality standards. The Senior Specialist in Inclusive Education is responsible for preparing and reviewing studies related to the entity's data and information in the field of inclusive education and contributing to the management of knowledge at the national level to serve various sectors, while ensuring adherence to the methodologies and procedures adopted in the implementation of research and studies. It also analyses its results and proposes practical evidence-based recommendations, which contribute to the development of policies and programs and improve the quality of inclusive education services provided to the target groups. Responsible for analysing its output and proposing practical recommendations based on evidence, in a way that contributes to the development of policies, the formulation of decisions, and the improvement of the efficiency and quality of services .
Main Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare organizational and practical manuals for the implementation of inclusive education requirements for teachers and staff, including training manuals, tools and assistive techniques.
- Prepare the necessary procedures and mechanisms to verify the implementation of policies, standards and regulations governing programs for students of determination.
- Prepare proposals for general and detailed frameworks for the design and construction of Individual Educational Plans (IEPs), follow up on their implementation and measure students' progress in coordination with educational institutions.
- Preparing proposals for the development of academic and professional paths for students of determination within the approved curricula and graduation requirements.
- Preparing proposals for the general frameworks for the examinations of students of determination according to the approved tracks, their needs and their individual educational plans.
- Proposing research topics related to inclusive education in coordination with the concerned authorities, in a way that contributes to the development and improvement of the quality of services.
- Developing tools for detection and diagnosis for students of determination, to ensure their suitability for different groups and the country's environment.
- Perform any other tasks or competencies related to the nature of the department's work or are assigned by the immediate superior.
- Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the head of the competent department .

Skills Description
- 8+ years of work experience in the field of special education, provided that it includes specialized experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in special education or within a relevant field.
- Experience in developing educational programs, individual educational plans, and applying inclusive education practices.
- Experience in training educational cadres and providing technical support to the field.
- Added advantage: Experience in preparing specialized manuals or developing curricula and educational adaptations.
- Familiarity with inclusive education policies and standards and relevant legislation.
- Skills in the preparation of organizational manuals and educational frameworks.
- Ability to design and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Developing detection and evaluation tools for students of determination.
- Familiarity with the adaptation of academic and professional curricula and pathways.
- Preparing general frameworks for exams according to the needs of students.
- Skills of preparing educational studies and research and analyzing their results.
- Employing assistive technologies to support learning for students of determination.
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders and partners.
- Working in a team spirit and coordinating between different disciplines.
