Department Definition:

Implementing inspection visits according to the approved guidelines, starting with preparing for the visits, documenting their results, and setting up reports, followed by monitoring violations, providing recommendations for work improvement, and concluding with tracking the implementation of corrective actions, along with performing any other related tasks as determined by the responsible person 

Main Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and organize inspection visits to the targeted institution, including assigning roles and responsibilities to the inspection team members participating in the visit. 
  • Carry out preparatory arrangements for the inspection visit. 
  • Conduct inspection visits in accordance with approved work methodologies, tools, and inspection procedures. 
  • Enter all inspection results into the electronic system of the Inspection Sector. 
  • Prepare reports on the results of inspection visits following the approved procedures, controls, and tools. 
  • Monitor violations, breaches, and observations related to the targeted educational institutions according to the approved inspection controls. 
  • Provide proposals and recommendations to develop work methodologies, tools, and mechanisms based on practical application and benchmarking comparisons. 
  • Verify the closure of corrective and preventive actions in educational institutions during subsequent inspection visits. 
  • Perform any other duties related to the nature of the department’s work or assigned by the department director concerned. 

 

Skills Description

Skills - Qualification & Experience: 

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field
  • Academic and educational experience gained from the educational field or from regulatory/inspection work in educational institutions 
  • A minimum of 7 years of practical experience 
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English. 
  • Ability to use computers and electronic systems. 
  • Ability to adapt to technological developments. 
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and communicate effectively. 
  • Skill in drafting and writing reports. 
  • Effective communication and evidence-based decision-making. 
  • Positivity and tactfulness in dealing with educational institutions. 
  • Time management and optimal utilization of resources.
