The MOE has also provided a smart learning system and high-quality digital platforms, side by side with the continuous development of school curriculums, according to national learning standards, assessment policy that is based on assessing for learning, and highest quality standards that match the best international practices. Various learning tracks, moreover, have been provided to support the capabilities and skills of students and achieve the country's strategy of encouraging the culture of creativity and innovation through providing the students with the skills of the 21st century and motivating them to have new ideas that relate to the reality they live in and foresee the future. This will eventually help in finding radical, sustainable solutions to the major issues, improving competitiveness, and supporting smart government in its attempts to keep pace with global advancements, advance education, and push it to broad horizons of excellence, leadership, and competitiveness.

Department Definition:

The Parents Relations Section is responsible for strengthening effective communication between the Ministry of Education and parents, while delivering an exceptional customer experience through the management of inquiries, feedback, and suggestions. The Section oversees parent communication channels, fosters partnerships with the school community, and contributes to enhancing service quality and achieving customer satisfaction, in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.

Main Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor the policies and procedures related to Parent Relations and Parents Councils in accordance with the approved regulations.
  • Organize, monitor, and evaluate the activities of Parents Councils, and coordinate with schools and relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of their responsibilities.
  • Strengthen partnerships between schools, families, and the local community through the implementation of awareness initiatives, programs, and engagement activities.
  • Follow up on parents' inquiries, feedback, and suggestions, and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure timely resolution and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare operational plans, reports, statistics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Section's responsibilities and submit recommendations for service improvement.
  • Participate in the development and enhancement of regulations, policies, and operational procedures related to the Section's functions.
  • Perform any other duties within the scope of the Section's responsibilities or as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Skills Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2–4 years of professional experience in administration, education, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
  • Planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Skills in report preparation, data analysis, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordination, follow-up, and meeting management skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems, propose practical solutions, and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic systems.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and applications.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Report writing and data analysis skills.
