Department Definition:

The Student Wellbeing Department is responsible for comprehensively enhancing students' wellbeing through the implementation of academic, career, psychological, and social counseling programs across all educational stages. The department also promotes physical health and fitness, organizes skills-based and cultural activities, as well as local and international camps and competitions.

Among its key responsibilities are safeguarding students from psychological and physical harm, overseeing the inclusion and integration of People of Determination, and providing early identification and enrichment programs for gifted and talented students.

The Talent and Innovation Programs Section is responsible for the integrated coordination and management of talent identification and development programs. The section also provides direct oversight of competitions and innovation-enhancing activities in coordination with the educational field.

In addition, the section is responsible for implementing specialized support and enrichment programs for gifted and talented students across a wide range of areas, including academic, athletic, social, and cultural domains.

Main Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Propose and design initiatives, programs, and activities that support the identification and discovery of talented students in schools.
• Monitor performance indicators and prepare periodic reports related to the talent identification and development framework.
• Develop and enhance the strategy for identifying gifted and talented students in schools.
• Follow up on the implementation of talent and innovation plans for school students.
• Provide technical guidance and support to relevant departments to strengthen the care and development of gifted and talented students in schools.

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Diploma in Business Administration with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
