Department Definition

Conducting audits of targeted educational institutions to ensure their compliance with the policies, systems, regulations, and operating rules established by the Ministry.

Main Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Ready for field work and implement the inspection visit plan in accordance with approved work mechanisms, methodologies, inspection tools, and controls.
• Ability to conduct visits to various emirates of the country.
• Entering all inspection visit results into the electronic system of the Inspection Sector (CRM).
• Preparing reports on the results of inspection visits in accordance with approved procedures, controls, and tools.
• Monitoring violations, transgressions, and observations related to targeted educational institutions in accordance with approved inspection controls.

Skills - Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's or master's degree in education and teaching.

4 years of experience in the educational field for holders of a master’s degree, 2 years of experience in the educational field for holders of a bachelor’s degree.

Skills and competencies:

Ability to use computers and electronic systems.

 Ability to adapt to technological developments. 

Ability to accurately write and draft reports, observations, and prepare audit reports.

Possess analytical skills and monitor violations.

Familiarity with regulations, policies, and laws.

Ability to work with diverse work teams and communicate effectively.

Effective communication and evidence-based decision-making.

Possess a positive and tactful attitude when dealing with educational institutions.

Time management and optimal use of resources.
