The MOE has also provided a smart learning system and high-quality digital platforms, side by side with the continuous development of school curriculums, according to national learning standards, assessment policy that is based on assessing for learning, and highest quality standards that match the best international practices. Section Definition

Conducting Inspection of targeted early childhood institutes to ensure their compliance with the policies, systems, regulations, and operating rules established by the Ministry. 

Main Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Ready for field work and implement the inspection visit plan in accordance with approved work mechanisms, methodologies, inspection tools, and controls. 

• Ability to conduct visits to various emirates of the country. 

• Entering all inspection visit results into the electronic system of the Inspection Sector (CRM). 

• Preparing reports on the results of inspection visits in accordance with approved procedures, controls, and tools. 

• Monitoring violations, transgressions, and observations related to targeted educational institutions in accordance with approved inspection controls. 

Skills - Qualification & Experience: 

• Educational qualification: bachelor’s or master’s degree. 

• 2 years of experience for master’s degree holders, and 4 years of experience for bachelor’s degree holders. 

• (Experience is determined as relevant field experience, or experience in administrative fields, or project management experience, or any experience deemed by the competent authority to be relevant to the position.) 

Skills and competencies: 

• Ability to effectively use electronic systems and artificial intelligence tools. 

• Ability to adapt to technological developments.  

• Ability to accurately write and draft reports, observations, and prepare audit reports. 

• Possess analytical skills and monitor violations. 

• Familiarity with regulations, policies, and laws. 

• Ability to work with diverse work teams and communicate effectively. 

• Effective communication and evidence-based decision-making. 

• Possess a positive and tactful attitude when dealing with educational institutions. 

• Time management and optimal use of resources.
