Department Definition:

The School Development Department is responsible for leading and supporting efforts to enhance the quality of education across schools by providing technical guidance, identifying and disseminating best educational practices, and fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among schools. The department also analyzes the development needs of educational and administrative staff, implements professional development programs, and evaluates the effectiveness and impact of school improvement initiatives on educational outcomes. It plays a key role in addressing field-level challenges, reviewing educational and administrative practices, and empowering schools to adopt self-evaluation approaches and develop sustainable, data-driven improvement plans.

Main Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance learning outcomes for kindergarten students by designing and implementing data-driven early intervention programs.
• Monitor and assess the development of children’s skills (language, cognitive, social, and motor) using approved developmental assessment tools.
• Analyze early assessment results to identify learning gaps and develop appropriate remedial plans.
• Build the capacity of kindergarten teachers in applying early learning strategies and play-based learning approaches.
• Support the implementation of inquiry-based learning practices and interactive activities appropriate for early childhood education.
• Monitor the implementation of engaging, safe, and stimulating learning environments that support holistic child development.
• Prepare periodic analytical reports on children’s performance progress and the impact of educational interventions.
• Contribute to the dissemination of best practices in early childhood education and promote knowledge sharing among schools.

• A Master’s degree (minimum requirement) in Early Childhood Education, Early Education, Child Psychology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
• A PhD in a related field is considered a strong advantage.
• 6-8 years of experience in early childhood education or kindergarten.
• Experience in developmental assessment and early learning evaluation tools.
• Experience in designing and implementing early intervention and remedial programs.
• Experience in teacher capacity building and instructional support in early childhood settings.
• Experience in analysing children’s learning data and preparing developmental reports.
• Data-driven developmental analysis.
