The MOE has also provided a smart learning system and high-quality digital platforms, side by side with the continuous development of school curriculums, according to national learning standards, assessment policy that is based on assessing for learning, and highest quality standards that match the best international practices. Various learning tracks, moreover, have been provided to support the capabilities and skills of students and achieve the country's strategy of encouraging the culture of creativity and innovation through providing the students with the skills of the 21st century and motivating them to have new ideas that relate to the reality they live in and foresee the future. Department Definition:

The Centralized Assessments section is responsible for developing policies governing centralized assessments in alignment with the strategic vision and the objectives of general education. It also establishes the overall framework for assessments and develops their tools in accordance with national learning standards, ensuring their proper implementation. The department further prepares procedural and guidance manuals to regulate implementation processes for various target groups.

In addition, the department is responsible for building item banks and developing smart assessments. It manages the execution of assessments in coordination with relevant entities and prepares national reports to measure performance levels and academic achievement. Moreover, it conducts analytical studies and provides recommendations for continuous improvement.

Analyze data in the field of assessment and extract indicators to support decision-making.

 

Main Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data using statistical tools.
  • Prepare dashboards and analytical reports to support institutional decisions.
  • Develop predictive models or simple algorithms when needed to improve accuracy.
  • Ensure data consistency and quality according to approved standards.
  • Support technical teams with customized analysis upon request

Skills Description

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or within a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SPSS, Python)
  • Strong skills in data cleaning, processing, and validation
  • Ability to build dashboards and analytical reports
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and techniques
  • Ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights for decision-making
  • Experience in developing basic predictive models (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and data presentation abilities
  • Ability to ensure data quality and consistency according to standards
