The MOE has also provided a smart learning system and high-quality digital platforms, side by side with the continuous development of school curriculums, according to national learning standards, assessment policy that is based on assessing for learning, and highest quality standards that match the best international practices. Various learning tracks, moreover, have been provided to support the capabilities and skills of students and achieve the country's strategy of encouraging the culture of creativity and innovation through providing the students with the skills of the 21st century and motivating them to have new ideas that relate to the reality they live in and foresee the future. Department Definition:

Developing and updating educational and training curricula and programs to ensure that they are aligned with the needs of students of determination and learning disabilities in an inclusive learning environment. It also supervises the preparation and implementation of individual educational plans, evaluation frameworks, and tests according to the approved tracks and graduation requirements. It works on preparing manuals, tools, and quality standards for program implementation, and building the capacities of educational cadres in coordination with the concerned authorities. In addition, it provides technical support, follows up on the quality of implementation, and promotes partnerships and enrichment programs to ensure continuous improvement.

Developing inclusive education policies, standards, and programs for students of determination and learning disabilities, including detection and diagnosis tools, and identifying academic and professional pathways, and the needs of students and staff. It also works to ensure the readiness of the educational field by building databases, identifying training programs, activating partnerships and implementing awareness campaigns. It follows up on the quality of the application in educational institutions and linking it to licensing and evaluation standards in accordance with international best practices and institutional quality standards.

Job Definition:

He is responsible for organizing and coordinating work and activities between departments and relevant authorities, and following up on the implementation of operational plans and tasks to ensure adherence to schedules and achieving the set goals. It is also responsible for preparing follow-up reports, documenting meetings, and following up on the implementation of recommendations and decisions, in a way that contributes to enhancing work efficiency and improving the quality of institutional outputs.

 

Main Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with the competent authorities inside and outside the Ministry to prepare reports related to policies related to the entity's activities.
  • Coordinating with the concerned departments to present the results of research and studies and discuss their outputs.
  • Follow up the implementation of research in the field and ensure its adherence to the approved plans and methodologies.
  • Participate in the implementation of approved plans and policies related to the preparation and implementation of studies and research.
  • Identify the sources of data and information necessary to prepare studies related to the Ministry's policies, strategies, plans, programs, and projects.
  • Documenting the results of research and studies and preparing technical and analytical reports thereof.
  • Providing technical support in the preparation of studies and reports to ensure the quality and accuracy of the outputs...
  • Identifying the needs of students of determination in terms of supporting devices, technologies, and supportive services, in addition to identifying the training needs of teachers.
  • Follow up on the results of the evaluation (preliminary, continuous, and final) of the students, and prepare appropriate treatment programs and plans.
  • Providing technical and educational support to the immediate supervisor,
  • and carry out any other relevant tasks assigned. Conducting field studies or educational or scientific research enriches the field and contributes to the development of performance.
  • Spreading the culture of inclusive education and practices that support the independence and active participation of students in the school environment

Skills Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an administrative, technical, educational, design, or related discipline. For Citizens
  • Work Experience:
  • Minimum of (1-3) years of work experience in an administrative or coordination field.
  • Experience in the government or private sector is preferred.

Specialized Skills   :

  • Familiarity with the administrative and coordination procedures in government or institutional entities.
  • Skills of preparing and following up operational plans and periodic reports.
  • Manage official correspondence, archiving and organize documents.
  • Follow up on the implementation of tasks and projects and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Use electronic systems and Microsoft Office software efficiently.
  • Preparing meeting minutes and following up on the implementation of recommendations
