Section Definition:

Implementing inspection visits according to the approved guidelines, starting with preparing for the visits, documenting their results, and setting up reports, followed by monitoring violations, providing recommendations for work improvement, and concluding with tracking the implementation of corrective actions, along with performing any other related tasks as determined by the responsible person 

Main Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Planning and organizing inspection visits to the targeted institutions and assigning roles and responsibilities to the participating team members. 

• Conduct preparatory arrangements for the inspection visit. 

• Executing inspection visits in accordance with approved work methodologies, tools, and control procedures. 

• Entering all inspection visit results in the electronic system of the inspection Sector. 

• Preparing reports on inspection visit results in accordance with approved procedures, controls, and tools. 

• Monitoring violations, non-compliance, and observations related to the targeted educational institutions according to the approved inspection standards. 

• Providing proposals and recommendations to improve work methodologies, tools, and mechanisms based on practical application and benchmarking. 

• Verifying the closure of corrective and preventive actions in educational institutions during subsequent inspection visits. 

• Performing any other duties related to the department’s work or assigned by the relevant department manager. 

Skills - Qualification & Experience: 

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree 

• Years of Experience: Academic and educational experience in the educational field or in oversight work in educational institutions. 

• A minimum of 7 years of practical experience. 

• Fluent in both Arabic and English. 

• Ability to use computers and electronic systems effectively. 

• Adaptability to technological advancements. 

• Ability to work with diverse teams and communicate effectively. 

• Report writing and documentation skills. 

• Effective communication and evidence-based decision-making. 

• Positive attitude and interpersonal skills. 

• Time management and optimal utilization of resources.
